Training & Accreditation
Our structured training programme ensures every RestoreTek applicator delivers consistent, professional results. Complete the programme to unlock restricted products and dealer pricing.
Why Product Control Matters
Protective coatings are only as good as their application. Incorrect surface preparation, wrong product selection, or poor technique can lead to premature failure — damaging both the asset and the applicator's reputation.
Our accreditation programme ensures consistent quality across the network, protecting end customers and building long-term trust in the RestoreTek brand.

Common Questions
How long does the training take?
The online training programme typically takes 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on your schedule. All modules are self-paced and can be completed alongside your regular work.
Do I need prior experience with coatings?
No prior coating experience is required. The programme covers everything from surface preparation fundamentals to advanced application techniques. Trade experience in automotive, marine, or industrial work is beneficial.
What happens if I fail an assessment?
You can retake assessments after reviewing the relevant training material. There's no penalty for retakes — we want every applicator to be fully competent before certification.
How long does certification last?
Accreditation is valid for 12 months. Renewal requires completing any new product modules and maintaining quality standards. Renewal is included in your ongoing dealer pricing.
Can I upgrade from Aegis to Kenzo later?
Yes — Aegis-accredited applicators can upgrade to Kenzo accreditation at a reduced rate. You'll only need to complete the additional Kenzo-specific training modules.
